Hey sixth graders,

This week I am reading my Life with the Chimpanzees by Jane Goodall. Yes, I am writing about this book because it is literally the only book I read this week. I am on chapter six now.

Let's see... a word I don't know? Aha! How about...

Impale:

A rather violent word, it means to pierce with a sharp instrument.

Another word? Hmm...

Vervet:

An African  monkey with greenish-brown upper parts and a black face.
