The book I am reading is called Hoot. The author is Carl Hiaasen. I have read 110 pages out of 219 pages. This novel has received the Newbery Honor award. I think that this book should have won this award because it is a very interesting book. Everytime I read it I just can't stop. I think that this book should be read by all of you Non-Fiction book lovers out there. The Newbery Honor award is a very good award for a book to win and I cant wait to read the rest of the books that this author is offering!
