Question number one: The character of Tony in my opinion changes because of two things, firstly because his legs do not work so he is in a wheelchair so he cannot do much bullying anymore and because he now has grown up and decided to be serious.

Question number two: The change affects Roger because now he wants to be friends with Tonu

Question number three: He meant that when you do something bad or good to someone it turns around to you.

Question number four: What the author wants to say is that you have to be nice to each other because things are always changing and you never if someone is going to turn bad or ogod.
