The adventures of Tom Sawyer

The adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain.
This week I am on page 158.

The book is about Tom Sawyer , Huckleberry Finn and Joe Harper who play hookey, because they don't want to go to school. The three boys run away to a island and pretend to be pirates.  The boys think they heard a thunder storm and some strange men are following them.The families talk to one another one night because they are very worried and don't know where their children are. Tom Sawyer had climbed through a window and heard what they said. The children felt bad that their parents were worried so much. So, one day at Sunday school the boys return back to the village. Aunt Polly was so happy that she kissed Tom all the time!

At school Tom gets into trouble for ruining a book. A man called Muff Potter asks him lots of questions about who went to the island with him.

I am enjoying the book so far! The book is really funny because lots of exiting and interesting things happen!
