The conflict of the story is when Louise ends up being stranded on the ship that could sink. She put on a dress then she got dizzy and fell on the floor. Then she woke on the deck of the ship. she had to find a way to get back before the ship sink. The resolution of the story is, that when it was the night of when the boat sank Louise found out a way to get back. If she came on the ship with the dress, she can leave the ship with dress. so in the end her plan works and then she gets back to her time.
