Heroes of Olympus, The lost Hero

HI guys, 
For my book project I have read the Heroes of Olympus, The lost Hero by Rick Riordan, here is the picture of the book: 

I am reading the last series of Percy Jackson, these series are not only focused on Percy Jackson and Annabeth they are also focused on Piper ( child of Aphrodite), Jason ( son of Jupiter/Zeus) and Leo ( son of Hephaestus).

       So the book is set all around in America " All right cupcakes; Coach hedge announced. " you are about to see the Grand Canyon." ( page 9) Also they go to long island to were the demigod camp is. Only half bloods can enter, it is protected by this imaginary wall so that humans and monsters can not come in. " A safe place, Annabeth said,  the only safe place for kids like us. Camp Half-Blood." ( Page 31) Also they go to other places in America.  The book is set in present day, it is written so that it is happening all around us but we can't see it. It is because there is supposedly a mist around us preventing us to see clearly. We could see the half bloods but we can't see the monsters. So lets see we might see a big cat but  actually it might be a deadly monster, but there are some  exceptions  because they are some rare cases that a human is born with the gift of seeing clearly.
