            The 2 main characters of this story are Sadie and Carter Kane. Sadie (who I shall describe first) looks like her mother, who died after summoning the cat goddess Bast then using all her power to close up the gateway and stopping Aphopis, with blonde hair with streaks of red or purple or blue, blue eyes, and wears combat boots. She is stubborn and proud but sincere and a great spell caster. Now, on to Carter, he’s an average guy with ta skin, curly brown hair, and brown eyes. He is also stubborn and sincere as well as a great leader and combat person. 

(Antagonist)

                     The antagonist of this book is Apophis and chaos itself. Aphopis is a scaly slithering giant snake. He is an evil soul trying to devour the sun and destroy human kind. To describe him any farther would be impossible and see him in real life would be life and death.
