Artemis is a 12 years old "mafia" boy who is special as he has a body guard and lives in a big villa.
The setting is Ho Cin Minh City the time is in the summer. The book starts by Artemis coming into town and to a bar where he is to meet Mr. Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen has replied to his advertisement in the newspaper where Artemis is looking for the fairy with grren hand. Mr. Nguyen has to lead Artemis and his bodyguard to that fairy/healer who as it seems so has a special BOOK. The book is probably very valuable and it should be the agenda according to Artemis.

Nice Post, It sounds like an interesting book. What interests me even more is that I am sure I have heard the name Artemis Fowl some where else. like, not from a book or something..... Is there a movie about it?
