Watership Down

I am reading a book called Watership Down. The author is Richard Adams and the book has 411 pages. It is a book about two rabbits trying to persuade their pack or companions to escape their home. The main character Fiver foresees a very dangerous event that is going to happen to the rabbits if they don't leave soon. But only a couple of rabbits believe this prediction. It is a very exciting novel. I am just on the part were they are about to leave and go elsewhere.

The two words I did not understand are:
Primrose which is a plant of woodland and hedgerows, which produces pale yellow flowers.
"Primroses produce yellow flowers in early spring."

And ragwort, which is a yellow flowered ragged-leaved plant of the daisy family.
"The ragwort is also called Jacobaea vulgaris."
