The protagonists in this book are three fifteen year old boys named Matt,Sean and Cooper. They have a tradition every year to set a summer goal. This year it was to see real live naked girls. the boys think they would have better luck finding the lost city Atlantis the seeing a real life naked girl.

This book doesn't really have any antagonists except the obstacles. every time they get close something goes wrong the boys go trough alot of trouble to meet their silly goal. One of the the most funny obstacles they had to go through is when the try to sneak into the girls bathroom and then Matt blows up the toilet and then they forget Matts underwear with the name tag on it in the stall and have to go back. The story also evolves around Matt trying to impress this new girl called Kelly
