The Main Conflict of Red Badge of Courage

The main conflict started when the north and the south of the U.S.A started arguing about if homo sapiens had the right to own other homo sapiens as slaves.   In other words the conflict is the American Civil War.  The american civil war had an outrageous number of Americans dead.  The amount of people that died is around 630,000, but according to other studies the amount of Americans dead rise up to 800,000.  The reason so many people died was because they had very powerful guns and they still had very bad medication so if a soldier was injured, they almost always died.  I think that we do not have the power to own another human being.  This conflict is man vs man because it is a war between what they called the confederate United States and the union United States.  There are many battles in the American civil war, but the most influential for the winning side which was the Union are the battle of Gettysburg, the battle of Bull Run, the battle of Richmond,  the battle of Vicksburg and the battle of Mananas. Each of these battles mark a turning point or a battle that are really bloody and many people died.  Even though there are around 10,500 battles in the civil war only 100 are major. The  others were more minor..    This a picture of the battlefield after a battle and this is just part of the bodies littered around the battlefield.
