Stephanie S. Tolan was a big reader when she was little she used to take a book and a flashlight and read under her covers instead of sleeping. It made her think that their was a magical world under her blanket and it felt like it was all just popping out. She was born in Ohio but then raised in Wisconsin. When Stephanie was in fourth grade she wrote her first story and she was really exited because she new then and their that she was a great writer and that is what she wanted to do. She became a better and better writer as she went on ideas of books and story's always came to her mind. She went on with her great story writing then she got a masters degree in English.
