Bridge to Terbithia
The author of this story is Katherine Paterson. This book has 128 pages. Its about this boy Jess he doesn't have any friends and his favorite thing to do is running and drawing everything but he likes drawing animal the most. When Jess got to school he saw Leslie Burke she and him met last year. Leslie kept him in after school Friday. Leslie told him ''unusually, talented and hoped he wouldn't let anything discourage him. The first day of school the boys yelled ''Who wants to run, everybody yelled ''ME, they all lined up but you see a girl standing next to Jess that was Leslie! Everyone was bagging at her how a girl can't run but it turned out she finished first. Jess was so mad and on the bus she tried to get to him but he didn't want to so when they arrived to their homes turns out they were neighbors she went her way but Jess's little sister came and asked Leslie to come over and play dolls but instead first she and Jess went running. I like this book because it is interesting I mean I am wondering will they be friends or not.
I have read the book and seen the movie so if u like the book so far i understand because its really exiting.
