While I am reading To Kill A Mockingbird, I am also reading the book Playing Dead by Julia Heaberlin. Playing dead is about a girl called Tommie, and she doesn't know who her real family is so she tries to find out. Tommie's so called real parents are now dead, and she doesn't know the truth yet. She is trying to solve this case about who she is in fact. She has heard rumors about different things and now she can't trust anyone. I like the way the author explains everything in just enough detail for it to be understandable and full of suspense. I have been reading this book a lot, and I am close to the end.
