the sign of the beaver

The book I'm reading is called The Sign of The Beaver. It has 135 pages and I'm on page 47. The author of The Sign of The Beaver is Elizabeth George Speare. The conflict in the book is internal because Matt (the main character) needs to make a really big decision. It all starts when Matt and his dad are building a house in the wilderness of Main. Matt's dad needs to leave to get the rest of the family. After that Matt gets chased by bees and an Indian chief safes him. After 7 weeks Matt is still waiting for his dad to come. The son of the Indian chief asks Matt to go north with the Beaver tribe. Should Matt still wait for his family or go with the Beaver tribe?
