Hey guys! I am reading Physik, the B.B.E. (best book ever)!!! No seriously, It's the best book ever.

Septimus's dad opens up a portrait of "Queen Etheldredda, the Dreadful" which was sealed a few thousand years ago, and Queen Etheldredda's ghost gets out. She plans to drink a potion to get her to live again, and give her eternal life. She hatches a plan to help her do this. Her plan is to get Septimus to go through a mirror to her Alchemist son, or she will drown him, which she told Jenna, but not that Septimus would go THROUGH the mirror, and into the PAST.

Septimus goes through the portal. He is stuck there. Jenna and Wolf Boy go to save him, bring Nicko, and meet a northern trader called Snorri. Snorri has a cat with a special power (if I tell, it will spoil most of the book). 

They find their way through, meet Septimus, and if you read the book, you will find out what happens next...
