Cynthia Lord started writing at age for (for fun) and she even made a song that went like this over and over. This is how it went "Ding-dong, the cherries sing, Tra-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la Ding-dong, the cherries sing, Tra-la-la-la-la DING, DING!"Her favorite book was Fantastic Mr. Fox. Her first pet was a Toad, and she has a large collection of rubber ducks.
