The Life of Pi

Yann Martel is the author of "The Life of Pi".  The book has 319 pages in total. Pi is a young poor boy who loses his family on a ship in a storm. The only survivors of the ship wreck where Pi, a monkey and, a hyena. They escaped on a rowboat. Eventually the monkey killed the hyena because it was attacking the monkey. Then out from under a rain cover over half the boat jumped a tiger that ate the monkey. Pi realized he and the tiger were alone on a rowboat. The tiger is an ordinary tiger who eats when hungry and sleeps when tired. He is orange and black.

    I have read this book before and it's amazing. It teaches you so many life lessons and it's beautiful the way the author explains the feelings of the person. Great blog post. You chose the right book.
