A Murder Most Unladylike
My book is called A Murder Most Unladylike. This book was written by Robin Stevens. This book is about 2 girls called Daisy Wells and Hazel Wong. Daisy is the type of girl who loves mysteries, murders, reading and investigating. She is very confident and she's not scared of a single thing. Hazel is more of the scared, nervous girl. When she see's blood it's as if she is about to faint. These 2 girls and a lot of other students go to a boarding school. One night, Daisy and Hazel were in the library. Hazel was waiting for Daisy. Suddenly, Hazel remembered that she left her coat in the gym. She ran to the gym. As she enters she saw her Science Teacher Ms. Bell, lying on the floor. She stared at Ms. Bell thinking why would Ms. Bell be lying on the ground in such a weird position. As Hazel approached Ms. Bell she saw blood. Then she finally realized that Ms. Bell was dead. There was a myth that there was a murdered girl in the gym, waiting to push somebody off of the mini balcony above the gym. Hazel touched the blood and then ran away. She wanted to tell Daisy and some teachers and call them for help. As she was running, she scraped her knee and she was bleeding. When she reached Daisy she told her what happened, the teacher saw them and asked what was going on. Hazel explained everything and she showed the blood on her finger ( which was Ms. Bell's ). But since she scraped her knee, nobody believed her. Hazel told the teacher to go to the gym to see for herself. The teacher, Hazel and Daisy all went to the gym. As they reached the gym, Ms. Bell's corpse was not there. The blood was not there. It's as if she was murdered and taken.
For now I understand all of the words.
I really enjoy this book, I like that it's 2 young girls solving a school mystery.
