this is a book about an 18 year old boy called Eric Seven who arrives to an island called blessed because on this island no one ever ages except for a young woman called mid winter blood as she has a curse. But not any curse but a curse that can spread to other people and cover the whole island so the natives decide to kill her as that is the only way to prevent the curse from spreading. Every one except Tor her friend who tries to prevent her death. also during the story she is descised  as seven different people but will her clever discise work.....
