                                                      The Wednesday Wars

Protagonist:
The protagonist is a young boy called Holling Hoodhood. He is a  boy about the same age as us. Holling is a sensible boy but he can be very naughty. His teacher Mrs. Baker hates his guts even though he has not done something bad. He is the main character of the book because all the bad things happen to him, and the story is about his life in seventh grade.

Antagonist:
The antagonist in this book Mrs. Baker. She is a teacher in Camillo Junior  High. She is a strikt teacher and wants what she wants. She is tall and is around her 40s. She loves giving people jobs that she does not want to do. Mrs. Baker is very picky with who she likes in class and she does especially not like a new student, Holling.  

Conflict:
The conflict of the book is that Mrs. Baker hates Hollings guts and his parents thinks that he has done something wrong because he is the new student in his class. Now Mrs. Baker has given Holling a job in school for one cream puff and the other children in the class found out and now they want one too but Holling has too pay, but it takes 3 weeks too make up enough money to be able to bye cream puffs for 22 people n the class...

  1. I would like to read your book, I liked that you brought up that his teacher hated him and why but I would like to know why specifically the teacher hated him. I also think that you should have the protagonist more, i.e, how did he look like. Overall, I really like your post and I would like to read your book. :)
