The books I am reading for my book project are "Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking Glass". The books are more and more interesting by the minute! I cannot wait to see what is going to happen in the end. The two characters I chose are Alice and the Queen of Hearts.

Alice, the protagonist of course, is a seven year old girl with lots of imagination. Alice is very polite and very curious, but sometimes makes mistakes by accidentally upsets or hurt the creatures of Wonderland. Curiosity is not always a good thing, because you can get into trouble is you stick you nose into everything, Alice made a mistake there when she was too curious and followed the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole. One thing that Alice also likes to do is to show off her knowledge. She does not like when people (or animals in this case), are rude to her, for example when the Hatter made rude comments about her when they were having tea.

The second character is the Queen of Hearts who is the ruler of Wonderland. She is cruel and unfair to  her servants, the cards and the creatures of Wonderland. Her favorite sport is croquet with live flamingos and hedgehogs as mallets and balls (but only when she wins by her own rules). When something is said against her she would usually say: "Off with his/her head!" (but this never actually happens) She also has her own ideas of how trials should be held.
